Web designer

We are looking for a creative web designer to support our Digital Brand and Marketing Unit. Together with your colleagues, you develop innovative and sophisticated web designs that make our customers swoon. You are just as familiar with the new web design technologies and trends like web 2.0 or Ajax as well as with classic typography.

Tasks

  • Analysis of customer demands and consultion with account managers
  • Customer consulting in cooperation with the account manager
  • Drafting, designing and prototyping information architectures and navigation concepts
  • Planning and realising screen designs and interactive brand worlds
  • Optional: Designing and prototyping of user interfaces on the basis of Adobe Flash and/or Adobe Flex
  • Preparation of styleguides and design documentation

Requirements

  • Graduate in design, comparable qualification or skills with practical experience
  • Good to excellent knowledge of the standard graphic tools like AS2 and/or AS3, Photoshop, Fireworks, CS3 etc.
  • Conceptual design skills, flexibility and solution orientation
  • Creativity, know-how and technical understanding
  • Optional: Experience with content management systems
  • English (documentation/books)
  • Good communication and team skills
