After the successful relaunch and the international rollout, among other countries in Russia and China, seepex.com continued its consequent digitalisation structure and designed the global distributors Extranet myseepex.com together with ecomplexx.

The globally operating distribution partners of seepex.com receive up to date and specific information and services via the platform designed on the basis of the RedDot CMS and the RedDot LiveServer.
In this context, the most important aspect of the new Extranet is personalised content compilation and delivery.

OpenText Livelink integration
Via an interface developed jointly by ecomplexx and seepex.com, the documents earmarked for the distributors' Extranet by the internal knowledge management system based on OpenText Livelink are automatically provided in RedDot LiveServer together with all required meta data.

Users can download different documents in an archive via comfortable download modules. This option also allows you to update offline files. In addition, security-relevant documents are marked with the user data during the download and receive a visible watermark to prevent misuse and unauthorised data transfer.
