Each one of our customers has a personal account manager, who is always available to answer questions and always maintains an overview.
In addition, each account manager works with at least one project manager, who is in charge of daily work and organisation.
Our client services team has long-standing experience in the implementation and coordination of international projects. All account managers have excellent negotiation, presentation skills and have experience working abroad. Also, almost all our documents and user manuals are available in two languages (English and German).
Our main locations are in Germany (Leverkusen) and Austria (Wels). We also have offices in Oldenburg, Munich and Vienna. In addition, ecomplexx is the initiator of the partner network RedStar Alliance and has alliances with regional partners, e.g. non~linear (North America), to successfully manage international projects.
Now with our location in Reading UK, we are taking the next steps towards further internationalisation.
As a digital company, we have not only mastered proven project methodologies but we also use web-based project management tools like Projektron BCS and Microsoft Sharepoint, which help us to plan, coordinate and evaluate projects.
