Account Manager

As account manager, you assist our customers with all project aspects in the Internet, Intranet and Extranet and develop outstanding concepts and strategies for the use of the digital media together with our specialists. You manage your team and are in charge of the management, coordination and control of the project developments.

Tasks

  • Consulting our customers in the field of IT and online marketing
  • Design of outline concepts and technically sophisticated detailed concepts
  • Professional project management (time and budget)
  • Coordinating the deployment of the project participants
  • Project-related customer communication
  • Presentation of work results (internally and externally for the customer)

Requirements

  • Graduate in marketing and/or IT or similar vocational training
  • At least 3 to 5 years' professional experience in the field of online media or project management
  • Experience with online project management and the corresponding approach models
  • Experience with the preparation of technical and data processing concepts
  • Good overview of the current Internet technologies (XML, .NET, J2EE, CSS, IIS, databases, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of content management systems (preferably RedDot CMS)
  • Experience with corporate solutions (SAP, Oracle etc.) of advantage
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • English (reading/writing), other languages welcome
